Fall Meet - Frequently Asked Questions
|
A: In the May/June issue of the Antique Automobile Club Magazine there will be an activities card listing all the available activities pertaining to the AACA Eastern Divisional Fall Meet at Hershey. Complete the activities card and mail to the National Headquarters. An AACA staff member will then mail to you the appropriate registration card. If you are a new AACA member and did not receive the magazine, please call national at 717-534-1910 to request the registration packet. Complete the card and mail to Hershey Region AACA, PO Box 305, Hershey, PA. There is a limit of (3) spaces per person (each space is approximately 10' X 30') during summer registration. Assignment of spaces will be in order of post mark on the mailing envelope.

A: There are no guarantees of space assignments. If you would like a space (s) adjoining your existing spaces, submit a note along with your registration card and check. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Again, there are no guarantees.

A: Same as above to request a registration card. There will be a (2) space limit during summer car corral registration. Spaces are approximately 10’ X 20’. Cars must be at least 25 years old, AACA recognized and driven onto the car corral field. Street rods are prohibited. Car corral spaces will be sold for $125.00 per space and space is limited. Assignment of spaces will be in order of post mark on mailing envelope. If available car corral spaces will be sold at the fall meet starting Wednesday during show week at 9:00a.m. There are no guarantees of available space (s) on days of the meet.

A: Show car registration can be completed either online at the link below or by following the same procedure outlined above for Flea Market/Car Corral spaces. You will need your AACA membership number and pin number printed on your membership card. Meet Registration You must be an AACA member and the vehicle must be at least 25 years old and recognized by AACA.

A: ScooterBug has been contracted for the 2017 Fall Meet to provide reserved single passenger ECVs and double passenger golf carts for those guests who have a valid, state-issued handicapped placard in the state in which you reside. Guests can reserve this mobility equipment beginning June 1, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Please log on to the ScooterBug Website
or call 800-726-8284 (then press option 1) for details on how to reserve your mobility equipment.
You can also bring your own electric personal mobility vehicle (2 occupant electric golf carts and personal ECV's only), which you must then register at the North end of the Hersheypark Maintenance building beside the Hersheypark Stadium or on the west side of the Giant Center or on the Chocolate Field close to the Main Tent.
Handicapped placards for your vehicle are required for parking in the handicapped areas.

A: You can use your personal electric mobility vehicle--2 occupant maximum--(no gasoline powered vehicles) after it is registered with the Hershey Region. Registration sites will be located in the North end of the Hersheypark Maintenance building beside the Hersheypark Stadium, on the west side of the Giant Center, or on the Chocolate Field close to the Main Tent. Register by showing your state issued handicap parking placard.
A: For the safety of our visitors and members, moving vehicles, including bicycles, motorbikes, scooters, roller blades, skateboards, mini-bikes, motorcycles and privately owned motorized carts, are not permitted to operate on the flea market, car corral or show fields. No gasoline powered vehicles permitted.
EXCEPTIONS: Handicap registered, electric scooters or electric golf carts. To register your electric vehicle for handicap use, go to the north end of the Hersheypark Maintenance building beside the Hersheypark Stadium, or to the west side of the Giant Center, or on the Chocolate Field close to the Main Tent, and show your state issued handicap parking placard.

A: A vendor may transfer their space (s) to another AACA member by submitting a signed notarized letter to The Hershey Region AACA Headquarters, PO Box 305, Hershey, PA 17033 . The letter must include the space (s) to be transferred, the new vendor’s name, address, phone number and a copy of the current AACA membership card (of the new vendor). Spaces may also be transferred during the Meet at the Hershey Region Main Tent on Wed. thru Fri. from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Both parties involved in the transfer must be present.
